  • What do I need to rent a TOOT? First things first you're going to need to be over 18yo with a valid drivers licence and a credit card in your name.
  • Do I need a credit card to rent my TOOT? Yes, without a credit card we can't set you up in our TOOT Rental Car. 

     

  • Can someone else drive my TOOT rental car? Yes of course, but we need to add them as an additional driver.

  • What is the minimum age to rent a TOOT? Usually 21, but here at TOOT we can rent to a younger driver so long as they are 18yo and have a valid drivers licence.

  • Is there an additional charge for drivers under 25? No, at TOOT we don't want to charge you unnecessary fees.

  • Do I need rental car insurance? No you don't. If you have personal car insurance you can use this should you be involved in an incident. TOOT also has vehicle insurance covered by a $3500 Excess.

  • Can I return my TOOT car to a different location? Unfortunately not, your TOOT Rental Car needs to be returned to the pick-up location.

  • What happens if I return my TOOT rental car late? If you are going to be a little late and the car is not booked by another customer we've got you covered so long as you contact us in working hours 8:30am to 4:30pm and request a key drop box code. In the event you drop your TOOT late when pre-booked by another customer we will unfortunately have to charge you for the extra hours/days you have the car for.

  • Can I pick up my TOOT Rental car after hours? YES! We have a secure after-hours Key pickup/drop-off box. Our TOOT rental office will provide you with a code to access this is required.

  • Do I have to return my TOOT Rental car with a full tank? YES. Otherwise TOOT will need to charge your credit card with a $15 fee on top of the fuel cost.

  • How far can I travel in my TOOT? TOOT has unlimited Km's!

  • Can I rent a TOOT Rental Car with an international driver’s license? YES! We do however require an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside your license.

  • Can I drive my TOOT rental car interstate? YES of course! TOOT is made for memories.

  • Are pets allowed in my TOOT Rental car? Unfortunately not.
